Welcome to the Sylvie Ratelle STD/HIV Prevention Training Center of New England (Ratelle PTC). Since 1995, the Ratelle PTC has been providing cutting-edge training to clinicians and laboratorians throughout New England in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of STDs and the prevention of HIV.
Our course offerings provide opportunities for didactic and experiential training in a number of different formats for the busy health care professional. All courses are free of charge (unless otherwise noted) and provide continuing education credits. Whether you are a brand new clinician in practice, or a seasoned professional looking to brush up on your STD diagnosis and treatment skills, the Ratelle PTC offers training to meet your needs and schedule.

This archived webinar is for clinicians who provide care for men who have sex with men (MSM). The webinar reviews critical diagnostic and management challenges for specific STDs and provides an overview of the epidemiology of STDs among MSM. Recommendations to help MSM maintain sexual health, components of the 2010 STD Treatment Guidelines, and resources relevant to clinicians working with MSM are also discussed.

This archived webinar is for clinicians who provide care for military populations. The webinar will provide an overview of the epidemiology of STDs followed by a discussion of the critical diagnostic and management challenges for specific STDs of concern for this population.
